Sealing Wax
Sealing Wax by JessyAtSea
Sealing wax, also known as wax seal beads, are small wax pellets used to create beautiful wax seals. Simply melt the beads and use them together with one of our wax seal stamps to decorate envelopes, gift wrapping, cards and more. Our sealing wax melts into a flexible finish and is available in over 60 colours, allowing you to create endless combinations.
A modern take on traditional sealing wax
Our sealing wax is a flexible variation of traditional wax that was once used to seal important documents and letters. Unlike traditional wax, our seals are not brittle, making them more durable and suitable for everyday use. This allows you to add a long-lasting and personal touch to invitations, cards, packaging and gifts.
How to use sealing wax beads
Use three wax beads for a 25 mm wax seal and four beads for a 30 mm seal. You can choose a single colour or mix different colours to create unique effects.
Melt the wax, pour it onto your surface and gently press your stamp into the warm wax. After around 30 seconds, the wax will have cooled and formed a clean, detailed seal.
Sealing wax for more than just wax seals
Sealing wax is not only used for traditional seals on letters and invitations. Thanks to its flexible properties, it can also be used for a variety of creative applications.
You can use sealing wax to decorate bottles and jars by dipping the lid into the melted wax. Once cooled, the wax can easily be cut open again. This creates a stylish presentation while keeping contents protected.
Looking to add a unique touch? You can also order a personalised wax seal stamp with your own design, logo or initials.
Sealing wax colours: get inspired
Sealing wax colours can be mixed to create completely new shades. With over 60 base colours available, the possibilities are endless.
Want to lighten a colour? Mix it with our snow white sealing wax.
For a coastal-inspired look, try combining midnight blue, sapphire blue and snow white to create a subtle ocean-like swirl effect.
