Send us your design or idea for a design by email to custom@jessyatsea.com. We prefer to receive your file as an SVG, AI, or EPS file.
We will send you a digital proof of the design within 1-2 working days. We will take your preferences regarding the size of the stamp into account.
After reviewing the proof, you can still request changes. Are you completely satisfied? Then you can order the stamp!
Time to order your stamp. We will explain exactly how this works in our email to you. You can also order the stamp directly in a Wax Seal Kit.

FAQ
Our stamps are available in round, square and oval shapes, ranging in size from 15 to 50 millimetres. If you are looking for a specific shape that does not fall within these categories, please feel free to contact us. We are always happy to help you find the perfect size and shape for your unique wax stamp.
The most suitable file types are SVG, AI or EPS. If you do not have any of these files, we can also work with a PNG file with a resolution of 1200 DPI. In this case, however, we will need to trace your image.

Once you have approved the proof, we will immediately start production. After that, it takes an average of 2-3 weeks for the stamp to be delivered to you.
