Right of withdrawal

Legal cooling-off period within the European Union

Customers within the European Union have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

Within this period, you have the right to withdraw from your order without giving any reason, unless a legal exception applies, such as personalised or custom-made products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal or submit a cancellation request, you can manage your order through your customer account.

Manage order or submit withdrawal request

Log in with the email address used to place the order.

  1. Open the relevant order.
  2. Click the three dots (⋯) on the right-hand side.
  3. Select "Cancel items".
  4. Follow the steps on screen to submit your withdrawal or cancellation request.

After submitting your request, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and returned in its original packaging.

Please note: personalised products, including name stamps, logo stamps, monogram stamps and other custom-made stamps, are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. For these products, a withdrawal or cancellation request may be refused once production has started or once a proof has already been approved.

Order cancellations

A cancellation request can be submitted as long as an order has not yet been processed or taken into production.

For personalised and custom-made products, cancellation is no longer possible once a proof or design has been approved by the customer or once production has started. These products are made specifically according to the customer’s wishes and are therefore excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
