Wrapping presents with wax seals

It's high time for some new tips and tricks to take your gift wrapping game to the next level. In this blog, I'll explain different ways to wrap and decorate your gifts with homemade wax seals.

The old fashioned way 📜

This first stamping method may remind you a little of the Middle Ages: old-fashioned sealing. You pour hot wax onto your envelope, card or gift and then press the wax stamp into it. This creates a beautiful traditional seal and gives your gift a classic look! 💌

Ribbon here, string there🧵

You can decorate your gift beautifully with string or ribbon. You don't need to use adhesive tape, but you can easily attach your accessory with a wax seal! Hold the string tightly on the gift and carefully pour the hot wax over it. Place the wax stamp on top and hold it for 30 seconds. This is more convenient than letting go because the string means you don't have a flat surface.🧵

The finishing touch 🪄

One of my favourite ways to use wax seals is with a label. You can easily make the seals in advance with the Wax Seal Mat and make them sticky again with the Backing Stickers. Then choose a nice label and stick the seal on it. Next, attach the label to the gift with a piece of string or ribbon. How could you not fall in love with this? 😍
